Meet Dr. Chorak
I am passionate about making people’s smiles look and function better. Nothing excites me more than when I remove a patient’s braces and they look in the mirror and can’t stop smiling because they love how it looks. I chose to work in orthodontics because I wanted to be challenged, have fun, and make a real difference in the lives of my patients. Seeing them grow and develop over the years is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. Not only do I get to see the changes to their smile as treatment progresses, but I get to see them grow up to be healthy, happy, confident young adults as well.
Education and Experience
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience, cum Laude, from Brigham Young University and continued on to the University of North Carolina for dental school, graduating with honors with my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. I practiced general dentistry for a year in the greater Albuquerque, NM area prior to going back to school to specialize in orthodontics, attending the University of Louisville for my Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics. I believe having practiced general dentistry prior to becoming an orthodontist adds to my depth of knowledge as a practitioner and helps me to understand the needs and concerns of my patients from a multi-disciplinary standpoint.
Continuing education is a vital aspect of giving my patients the level of care they deserve. I love learning new techniques and expanding my knowledge base. I feel that continuing education helps me keep at the cutting-edge of orthodontics, makes me aware of alternate treatment modalities, and ultimately makes me a better orthodontist who can give my patients the best treatment possible!

Outside the Office
Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, I now live in Casper with my beautiful wife, Marie, and our son, Weston, who is truly our pride and joy. Aside from my family, I am passionate about music, from singing and playing the guitar to keeping up on all the latest songs and artists. I enjoy all things technological, working out, shooting, and watching movies, but spending time with my family is always on the top of my list.
I believe it is important to give back to the great Casper community. Being involved not only helps make the community a better place, but also enriches my life and makes me a better person. I am active in my church, a member of Kiwanis International, and have served as a Webelos Scout leader for the Boy Scouts of America. Occasionally, I also have the opportunity to provide dental exams for the Wyoming National Guard.
