Dr. Adam Chorak has been practicing orthodontics in the Wyoming area since 2011. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience, cum Luade, from Brigham Young University he attended the University of North Caroline for dental school, graduating with honors and a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Chorak practiced general dentistry for a year in the greater Albuquerque, NM area prior to attending the University of Louisville for a Master of Science degree and Certificate in Orthodontics.
“I chose to work in orthodontics because I wanted to be challenged, have fun, and make a real difference in the lives of my patients. I wanted to narrow my focus of practice to just orthodontics so I could be an expert in one area of dentistry rather than having to split my focus among the many other areas of dentistry. I also enjoy the long-term relationship I get to develop with my patients. I participate in continual education programs and am involved in multiple study groups in order to continually expand my knowledge base and learn about new techniques in orthodontics. This allows me keep at the cutting-edge of orthodontics, makes me aware of alternate treatment modalities, and ultimately makes me a better orthodontist who can give my patients the best treatment possible.”
Originally from Fort Collins, Colorado, Dr. Chorak now lives in Casper, Wyoming with his wife, Marie, their son, Weston and their daughter Whitney. Outside of orthodontics, Dr. Chorak is passionate about music, technology, working out, watching movies, and spending time with his family. An active member of his community, Dr. Chorak is very involved with his church and is a member of Kiwanis International. Dr. Chorak also provides dental exams for the Wyoming National Guard several times a year at readiness assessments held around the state.
