I can be found at the front desk where I greet patients and parents, schedule appointments and answer the phone. I look forward to getting to know the patients and their families as well as seeing how excited the patient is when their braces come off. I am married to my husband Karl and have one daughter, Courtney.Marsha Jones – Office Manager/Financial Coordinator
I have worked in the field of orthodontics for a number of years. I worked for an orthodontist in Scottsbluff, NE before life brought us to Casper. I started with Dr. Wetzel shortly after we moved, where I have performed a number of different responsibilities at this office. I enjoy orthodontics because of the kids and the transformation that takes place with their teeth over the course of treatment. (I get to watch the kids grow up). I have a wonderful husband and two amazing kids that keep me more than busy. If I’m not at work, I’m either following one of my girls’ in sports, baking goodies, or working out. Welcome to 307 Orthodontics!
I moved to Casper about 2 years ago from Las Vegas and have been with 307 for about 6 months. I’m so grateful with the opportunity that Dr. Erickson has presented me with to learn so much about the mouth and helping people get the smile they have always dreamed of. It’s been such a fun and rewarding job and I can’t wait for all I have yet to be apart of!
I am a born and raised Casper Wyomingite. I am married and have 3 children. We enjoy camping, hunting and fishing. I have been an orthodontic assistant for 12 years. I enjoy being part of a team that works hard to transform smiles every day.
As a teenager I was fortunate enough to be a patient of Dr. Wetzel. About a year ago, the opportunity arose for me to join Dr. Wetzel and Dr. Erickson as an orthodontic assistant. Never working in an orthodontic office, I was nervous but found myself embracing the challenge. Not only have I found a love for working with kids but watching their smiles transform into perfection has its own rewards. I could not ask to work in a better environment and to see the care and dedication that 307 Orthodontics provides makes me feel privileged to be a part of the team.
Outside the office I raise my beautiful daughter; I love embracing the outdoors as much as possible by fishing, hunting, camping and just watching her grow.
I have had a passion for dental from a young age. I began my journey with the 307 Orthodontic team with Dr. Wetzel in high school – job shadowing for my Junior/Senior year Anatomy classes throughout the semesters. The job shadows lead to my working for Dr. Wetzel after graduation in the Buffalo office, during the summers while attending college in Sheridan. I am nationally certified under the DANB (Dental Assistant National Board) and have worked in various offices under general dentists and orthodontists in Sheridan, Montana, and North Dakota while finishing school and exploring the adventures of life. I recently moved back to Wyoming, my home state, in October and joined the 307 Orthodontic once again. I could not be more excited. I love spending time with the kids and everyone in the office.
Some of my favorite past times, outside of the office, include spending time with friends and family . I also enjoy traveling and being out doors as much as possible; ridding, hunting, fishing, camping, you name it!
I have been blessed to live in Wyoming my entire life including growing up on our family ranch outside of Powder River. I am married and have two wonderful children. I absolutely love spending time with my friends and family. I also enjoy traveling, camping, skiing, hiking and gardening. One of the best things about working at 307 Orthodontics is being with such an amazing group of people everyday.

David and I have been married 28 years and have 2 grown children. Sarah is 24 and will graduate from Physical Therapy School in May. Aaron is 22 and is serving our country in the United States Air Force. I enjoy camping, boating and the outdoors.
There are many reasons why I love working in orthodontics, but working with the patients and getting to know them and their families is what makes my job enjoyable. We have been blessed with great staff and doctors who have made me feel at home and a part of this practice for over 30 years!
Michelle Wilson – Scheduling Coordinator
Working at 307 Orthodontics is a dream job! I love developing relationships with our patients and keeping up with their favorite sport or activity. My favorite part of my job is scheduling a patient for a debanding (removal of braces). Their hard work of keeping appointments and wearing their rubber bands has paid off when you see their pretty smile!I have been with the practice for 10 years and have 4 daughters who are testaments to the great orthodontic care received at 307 Orthodontics. The days I do not work in our satellite office, I work for Campbell County School District. My family and I enjoy sports and spending time at the lake.
Lisa Semler – Orthodontic Assistant
I am a registered dental hygienist and have been an ortho assistant for 20 years. I enjoy working in the ortho field because of the amazing staff and the great patients I get to see every month. In my off time, I enjoy many outdoor activities including, traveling, cooking, and riding my Harley. Most of all though, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Natasha Terrell – Orthodontic Assistant
Bright smiles, a fun environment and great staff brought me back into the ortho field. I am proud to be an assistant at 307 Orthodontics. I look forward to the days Dr. Erickson practices in Gillette. As a mother of four, I know the importance of knowing my children’s smiles are in good hands. I have full confidence in Dr. Erickson and Dr. Wetzel, with two of my own kids in ortho treatment.
I joined the dental field in 2003 as a dental assistant and quickly realized that this is the perfect line of work for me. It has become quite the Kayla Hart learning experience and has unfolded many opportunities for me. Expanding my knowledge and understanding of orthodontics has become one of the newest experiences that I get to add to my assisting time line. Being part of the team in Buffalo, it has been fun to meet new people and see how braces change the smile and lives of people of all ages.
Buffalo has been home to me for several years now and my husband and I are enjoying raising out daughters in the same community he was born and raised in. In my spare time I enjoy playing the ukulele, mandolin, camping, fishing and downhill skiing.
